Not friendly. Told we couldn't wash our dog because someone else was back there and we had to wait. I stated but there is w sinks. But she said they don't put 2 strange dogs together. Mine was a 10 lb Pekingese.

Used the self wash dog wash. Had seen less than positive reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Nice setup and shampoo was very thick, not watered down like some. Thank you.
