I went there to get a rim and tire for my trailer. The website showed 3 in stock but of course it was wrong. There was a manager named Stephanie as well as another employee that searched everywhere for one but couldn’t find a tire. They then called another store and made sure that store could put their hands on one for me to go pick up. They were also very apologetic for not having one. Great service.
Don't like this store one bit. Had issues since day one of their opening very unknowledgable people. My business will never do business with this store again the fact that they broke my trailer while loading fencing and didn't offer to fix it. They also push reviews. I myself believe instead of building this one they should have invested their money into the Summerville store and put them on a bigger location. This Tractor Suppy was very nice! The employees were very friendly and accommodating. I used the pet wash station in this location and everything was stocked up, the only thing I would recommend is adding something more rough like a sandpaper or something to the walk up ramp into and out of the bathing station due to when it is wet my dog slipped off of it going up it and slipped off it again walking back down it. Lately, I feel like when I ask store employees for help, I'm an inconvenience to them. I asked the associate Natasha if the item I was looking for was out of stock, because there was an empty spot on the shelf, she was warm and pleasant and immediately went to the back of the store and found two bags. This is the third Tractor Supply I've been to this weekend looking for a common item when the online store said it was in stock.
