Excellent customer service by Haley and the entire team. We were very impressed by everyone’s “can do” attitude in this clean and well organized store. A pleasure to shop here … highly recommended.
Don't miss the chicks
Promptly greeted at the door by multiple team members. One team member, Sky, addressed me by name from us meeting once about six weeks ago. The level of expertise was on full display as I got my propane tank refilled. It was very cold outside with constant wind. Sky didn't skip any step that ensured safety during the refill and what will eventually be me using the tank with a heater. The weather didn't cause a change to the process. Customer Service is excellent and always warm welcomes, however their prices are way too high. Shopped their items against Rural King and Amazon and they are consistently 20-100% higher. An example is a simple Jamb Latch for a Barn door. TSC price is 34.99 and Amazon’s is 15.99 for the same one. Compare prices before you buy from TSC
