The staff is always kind and respectful
Who ever designed the Bath Tractor Supply in NY must not have ever been in the store. The store is too small for the new design. The customer service desk could have been back another 12 ft. from the door. Self check out is so close to the carts that people have a hard time maneuvering the carts without bumping into the checkout counter and customer service everyone is on top of each other. A very poor design all around.
