Amazing staff and exceptional service! From the moment we walked in, the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Even though we never asked for assistance loading our items, the staff took the initiative and helped us pack everything into our vehicle with care, which really impressed us. Saw my bank statement, saw where I got charged twice for propane refill. Called store, transaction was 5 days old. Store advised they couldn't take care of it, have to call a number. Called the number, advise me, I probably have to dispute the charge. Not a problem, but, not putting myself through this again. A lot of hoops for a simple problem, could of credit the account or gift card the amount.
