Them having a phone number is absolutely useless. They will not answer it ever!
The store is fine, but don’t bother trying to use their curbside service. No one ever answers the phone, EVER, or looks to see if anyone has checked in on the app. I sat in the parking lot for half an hour like an idiot, checking in and trying to call. I finally went into the store and told them, nicely, what was happening, and they threw my bag of dog food at me without so much as a “sorry.“ I never want to be a Karen, but this is the second time this exact thing has happened to me at this particular store. Very nice location with plenty of supply and feed options to choose from. With the cost of everything hiking up, you really can't beat their prices on pet food. Plus it's healthier and better for them than the stuff from Walmart and a lot more affordable than the main line grain free products you find at places like petsmart. I'll continue to do my shopping for all my pet needs here.
