Sophia helped me out with getting proper jumper cables and when i returned she helped me get the battery my car needed to return to peak performance! She is an angel and certainly knows her stuff. Everything was found super fast. I truly believe there’s no better person we could have run into for help..! We’ll be shopping here more due to the always incredible support and service. THESE GUYS NEED A RAISE <3

I visited the store today(July 15th 2025 at around 11:20am) to look at some chairs. Couldn't be happier with the customer service. Two staff members approached me to assist me without me even having to ask. Very nice store as well. But I would go out of my way to buy products from here based off customer service alone. Thank you to both helpful staff members. Wish I had gotten their names. One was stocking items in the pet section. The other was working at the register.
Used the pet wash facilities for the first time & very pleased. Elevated wash tubs with adjustable water sprayer made washing my dog easy & safe. She was very calm & safe, and it was easy on my back. Towels, shampoo & brushes were provided along with an adjustable grooming table & hair dryer/blower. Pet wash facility is in a separate, enclosed room. Staff very friendly & helpful. I will definitely return.
