I pulled up through the gate to get propane. As I was unloading my tanks the guy in charge told me they weren't open for another ten minutes and that i was in the way of all the freight that had to unload. First of all It was actually 6 minutes, and I wasn't in the way. There was only one possible area they would have had to go and it was unlikely that they needed to move something there in the next 4 minutes left after we had talked. Everyone in the store was so helpful and friendly. Larry and Lynette were warm and welcoming and helped me find what I was looking for. I've never been in this store before, but I am certain that I will come back!
I pre registered to take my dog to the vet clinic for his rabies shot. I received an email that said to wait in my car for a text when it was my turn. Waited for an hour in car. Went inside to inquire and they had no record of preregistration. Brought my dog in and they were rude to me because my dog barked at seeing another dog. On another occasion, I ordered 2 bags of dogfood here for curbside pickup and they only had one but never refunded me for the second one. This store sucks.
