The staff was incredibly rude during my visit. The employee who assisted me made two unnecessary rude comments, and the person at checkout had an attitude as well. Customer service goes a long way, and this experience left me feeling unwelcome. I hope the staff can work on treating customers with more kindness and professionalism.
I have shopped at the Graham store lots since the store first opened, but today may have been my last. Around 3:00 PM Sunday, May 24, 2026, I went into the store for 2, 200 lb fed tubs. I paid for the tubs and was instructed to pull around back and someone would come load me. I backed up to the gate and waited... and waited... and waited...15 minutes. I LOVE our people at our local Tractor Supply. Most know you by name if you've been in there a few times.
Came in because i needed to give my dog a bath when i walked in inform Cindy (Cynthia on the receipt) that my grandmother was a worker for the company and that she had a free dog wash that i could use our store does not have a station. I finished with my dog and im looking for a breath mint something like that for my dog (she got to a skunk) but i dont know what to get so i go to Cindy and ask her what she thinks is the best kind.
