On Tuesday March 4 2025 at around 6pm. Went to check out dog pens and asked one of the workers which was a young man that had a black jacket on. No idea of his name when asked for assistance he threw his keys down and said I guess I can help. Then when he got to the back where the boxed pens was he was roughly moving things around. Took our dog in for a bath, no towels, the drain got clogged and when the guy came in he said I know this happens a lot and we have to plunge it sometimes. There were no brushes so we bought our own while being there. Then there wasn't any conditioner. Worst experience ever.
The dog bath needs to be kept up on cleaning
The bad review is not due to customer service, it is due to the poor Firewood product they have been selling for a few months now. Last year they had spectacular Firewood, perfectly dry and ready and easy to light, the one they have now is hard to light and bad for cooking. BAD BAD FIREWOOD!!
Was about the buy a trailer and just wanted to price match Northern Tools $100 cheaper even know they also give a military discount everyday but they were 32mils away. So i figure I would just bite the bullet and just maybe get 100 off . Nope the woman didn't look that instrested in her job said they couldn't price match it.
