I have a hard time going into stores and have a severe stutter. I went in today to get puppy food the wonderful employees there helped me find a better option and cheaper. They said if he doesn't like it i can return it. They also helped me carry to my moms car. I 100% recommend this store. I will be returning for all my puppy and bog food. Thank you to the staff and management for being amazing!
Deserves five stars. He went above and beyond to help me out by calling a different store and even apologizing for a different employees behavior towards me this morning. The tsc is the worst,so online orders have to be picked up within 48hrs...so i had to make a trip specifically to pick up the order...i get there wait for one person ahead of me and then another because the girl wont speak up,then the woman who was outside comes in and tells me to wait longer yeah no....ive never not waited at least 15 minutes to check out...the slowest cashiers ever...after today,i seriously dont know if i will go back to this tsc...i love their prices and they have what i need but they need u-scans or fast... read more
The people who bring out curbside pickup orders are quick and kind.
The employees here are genuinely incompetent. The staff at the register, particularly the woman I encountered who looked like Dobby, lacked basic courtesy by failing to acknowledge me, while others were greeted warmly. While I was at the counter, I couldn't help but notice employees whispering and glancing in my direction, which felt quite disrespectful. I would give this place zero stars, but I’m giving one star because the vet staff is amazing!
