Great location with very helpful and friendly staff. Also knowledgeable staff which is super helpful when buying parts for a mower or project.
Went here to buy a hitch and have it priced matched with Cabela’s who was out of stock in store. Store manager informed me they won’t price match online prices. I then called corporate and they informed me they do price match online pricing but if I want to pick it up in store it is up to the manager, if your going to have company policies they need to be at all stores or they need to listed individually, why should we drive to a store to find out the manager is in a bad mood and won’t follow company policy.
Dealing with their credit card customer service is terrible the automatic payment system does not work well at all. It tells you to use the last 4 numbers of account number which is the only account number on statement it will say no account found. So then you have to dig out the card to enter all numbers which of course ends in the 4 numbers listed on statement. So instead of a quick easy process you have to do extra steps and good luck talking to customer service if you can get passed the language barrier from out sourced ... read more
