I ordered a small tiller online and had it shipped to this location. First package was 4 days late after date they told me it was going to arrive. I get it happens. Second after I got a notification that the item I ordered was delivered and had confirmation from the store manager that my item was in the store ready for pickup I drove down there just for them to tell me they can’t find it after the delivery truck dropped it off and I would have to come down the next day.Third time the charm right…..wrong I picked up my item t... read more

My boyfriend and I were going on a weekend trip when our wheel bearing blew out about 15 minutes away from tractor supply. At this time we were going 20mph hoping to get to the store before close, but we weren't going to make it. We talked to manager Dan and placed an order online for the parts, he waited for us to get there to give us our order and even drove home to get his tools that we needed to help finish our project.
