My dad called to verify they had something in stock that our local TSC did not have. They verbally confirmed it was in stock so he drove 35 minutes to get it. When he arrived the guy told him that he didn’t actually have time to go look he just told him it was in stock but they don’t have it. We will not be back.
Placed order took money immediately canceled order for out of stock now I have to wait seven days to get my money back. Fix your inventory system. If you don’t have the item in stock, it shouldn’t be available for purchase.
I am a regular customer and every time I go in Bob is working hard and fast to make sure customers are getting taken care of.
