UPDATE: I got ahold of the DM, and he gave me the correct number to call. I called the Customer online number, and they told me that on the receipt it shows the price with the delivery and tax added in. I told them it was added to the bottom of my receipt as well. She told me if I added all the numbers across, it would add to the total at the bottom. I added the numbers, and they sum up to the receipt's total. The attitude from the cashier when requesting help finding someone to help my search for a battery for my tractor to the foul mouth young man that was honest he did not know how to help me.Once was my store of choice is now like the big box store in Cookeville, where customer service is a dying objective to get us to come back. They don’t get the fact that when we are mistreated we go elsewhere . When I asked to speak to the MOD, told they were out to lunch. Three strikes TSC, and you lost me forever,

I had a lot of questions about sheep (feed, supplements, etc). Hannah was very knowledgeable and helped guide me. After returning home, we found our ewe had her first lambs. I felt better prepared due to her help.

For the most part I enjoy going here for my weekly needs the majority of the time they have outstanding service! This past Sunday I went to pay at the counter and the cashier made a passive aggressive comment about my change…..confused and brushing it off I walked out the door until I realized it was about the cash registers donation request.
