Was in the Chester Springs TSC yesterday and had an order that was very difficult to access in the warehouse. Employee (Waylon) went way beyond the call of duty to help...even volunteered to help load it in my truck. I've always liked TSC, but yesterday's service was exceptional.
Nice store with easily accessible, enough parking space , things are stocked well , clean , well maintained , attentive staffs etc. We stopped her for looking for some specific propane tank size and could not find it. So I did not made any purchase.
Had a great experience at this Tractor Supply today. Everything was well organized. Multiple employees asked if there was anything I needed assistance with. A big thank you to one of the employees, Khaos, who patiently answered all my questions about liniment gel.
Why you would leave a damaged bag out on your sales floor I don’t know. But given how much the price has been jacked up for no reason, it’s really obnoxious and I really didn’t need birdseed all over my car
