Went to purchase a safe. Spoke to the store associate who confirmed there is still one available. Stayed on the phone with the store associate as I did an online pickup purchase. Paid for the safe while still on the phone with the associate. The associate then takes my name and puts it on the safe to hold so I could pick up. Shortly after. Only in America do you go to a feed store, and they won't sell it to you. Shameful that the manager would not approve unlocking the hay when the store had yet to close.
