Customer service is lacking especially in the hospitality department. Lacks the drive to help customers. You can get an employee to ask on the radio to help a customer just for the one who’s supposed to respond to not show up. Update they will say they will help you then all of them will be at the front of the store loafing around not doing anything productive. The only help they give is attitude and playing the time clock waisting customers time.
Didn't have any parts that I needed. Common hydraulic fittings are not in stock.
