Great place !!
We go here to have our propane tanks refilled. One of the better priced locations in the area for that kinda thing.
This store must have an absent manager. Several employees there have a pretty nasty attitude. I would rather go to Forest location. Much nicer people.
I went to TSC in Bedford VA and could not find a certain product. I asked "Sarah" and she advised that the product I wanted should arrive on today's truck. I received a text message from Sarah this afternoon informing me that the product I needed had arrived!! Kudos and a big thank you you for Sarah for going out of her way and providing great customer service!!
I was purchasing a few items and noticed the girl at the register had called for backup as there was a long line. No one came so she opened a second register and ran BOTH by herself like a champ! Cierra, you deserve a raise!
