I rarely write reviews, but what I witnessed the other day deserves attention. I stopped in to pick up dog food and the woman who appeared to be the manager, a heavier-set blonde was openly yelling at an employee. It was uncomfortable to watch and completely unprofessional. This is the only place in the area that carries my dog food, but I can’t support a business that treats its staff like that. I hope management takes this seriously.
Not sure what’s going on with this place, but it has really gone downhill. The customer service is terrible. When I stopped in the other day, the cashier was glued to her phone, and it felt like asking a simple question would’ve been an inconvenience.
