I shop at the Tractor Supply in Bentonville normally , I stopped at the location in Siloam Springs I purchase 30 bags of wood pellets for our pellet stove , well at the Siloam Springs location I asked them to help me load them and they said they did not do that , how does the same company in two different locations have different policies , normally they grab a pallet pull 20 bags off and load the whole pallet on my truck in Bentonville location , I guess I just don't understand why the same company has different policies an... read more
Worst farm supply store ever!! Went to Siloam Springs location to purchase a wall heater. Employees had absolutely zero knowledge about the heater, if it came with a regulator or not. “Did not say on the box” Unbelievably she pointed at a diagram on the side of the box and said “there it is” it was a diagram of pipe plumbing, not a parts included list. Poorly managed. I went in to get propane and had to wait an hour because who ever does the propane was at lunch. I needed to wash my hands . I went in the men’s room just to wash my hands and there was poop everywhere.
