I went into the Lawrenceburg TSC store to buy a pair of boot laces. I knew exactly what I needed. I took a quick walk/look through the clothing section and didn’t see them. I walked to the checkout and asked a clerk behind the checkout where the laces were. He didn’t know but said to look on the end caps. I immediately found the laces which were $4.99. We have been going here for years but will be taking our business elsewhere from now on even though they are by far the most convenient. We on average spend hundreds of dollars here a month buying supplies for our farm animals. New management is rude and dishonest. Would not price match other stores even though we were told by corporate they are supposed to - happened more than once - along with other things that has happened in the last month - I'll make a drive to anywhere else from now on.
New management is rude, they don't price match any more even though their website and corporate says they do. Lost our business for good. Rural King is always polite and prices are much better for better products.
