Rose is a joke as a manager. I was in three weeks ago for propane. She does not like to do it. She initially put just over two gallons in a 30 tank and said it was full. Not even close. She finally did get it mostly full after advising her is should weigh much more. I went back today for another tank refill and she as manager said they couldn’t fill it because it was raining. No lightning, no thunderstorms, just cold rain. She simply didn’t want to go outside and do it. Cenex did though. I won’t be back to this store again.
On 5/17/2025, I went into tractor supply in Thief River Falls Minnesota to purchase an electric tower heater. Dave helped us get the heater and he was very helpful. However, we used the heater in our camper Saturday night and when we plugged it in the temperature showed 32 degrees Fahrenheit was the current temperature of our camper. This was not true because we were using the propane furnace in our camper and thermostat showed 69. I called about chicks told them I was on my way they said they would hold them for me I get down which is an hour and a half drive for me and their sold I asked the lady there and she said she didn't think they would sell that fast what a waste of my time will never give that place my business again
