The Potsdam store blows off its customers concerns. The music BLARES - in some aisles you can't speak to person next to you in normal voice as music is soooooo LOUD. We complained to store manager to no avail. This was not an isolated incident. It's all the time. Not a pleasant place to shop. Also, many items are not stocked - empty spaces with price tags that are not refilled from week to week and this has been going on since they opened last year.
