worst store ever. always says items in stock online and you go to the store and item is not available.....waste of time. Never shopping there again.
Not one trellis in that entire store
We recently moved to the area, despite preferring to support local business, we do patronize this TSC store. The staff, including the manager, Michelle, have always been extremely nice. However today we encountered another “manager” named Wally who was beyond rude and unprofessional. As a customer service employee myself, I have not encountered such a lack of professionalism and respect for a customer. Do not go here if you want people to take care of you. Bought a 5X8 trailer few days ago and the notary filled out the certificate of origin but never stamped it. Waited about 20 mins at customer service to get Michelle the managers assistance. If you want to waste your time and your gas this is a good place to do business.
