Bait and switch would be the best way to describe my most recent experience at this place. Yesterday I went to the store to purchase hardwood pellets for the pellet stove we bought from them about a year ago. I was very specific about what I wanted and even provided the SKU number for the hardwood pellets. The manager took my order and my money then informed me they had the 50 bags of hardwood pellets in the back already and they would load them up. They have a lot of great products for cats! Everything is always so organized and I love the atmosphere of the store!
Horrible store don't use them in a high dollar generator spent almost $1,500 on it I've only had it for 1 year bought the extended purchase warranty call the store they sent me to the extended warranty extended warranty without the receipt can't do nothing for you contact the store they can't find the receipt now the store manager says the only thing he can do is sell me a new one after spending thousands of dollars with them all year this is how they treat a loyal customer I will not be going back save your money go to atwo... read more
