We adopted two kittens recently and before their first vet appointment in September, we wanted to at least get their rabies completed, the second booster, and microchipping done. There was a VIP Petcare clinic, so we went to Tractor Supply. Brought my daughter hoody she got for Christmas from her brother.....well no they don't let you exchange it. The money goes back on the card. How is this fair to my 10 year old that she walked out of the store crying.
2 years ago a ton of pellets was tipped over into the back windows of my truck by a employee who clearly had no business on a fork lift, also not even a manager bothered to help me pick up the mess. I tried to give them another chance and purchase 4 tons of pellets. The check processing machine was not working and in front of other customers I was told that I need to figure it out with my bank. I had other means of payment but was too embarrassed and pisssed off. Never again.
