Avoid their veterinary clinic avoid at all cost. I’m not even sure if they’re real Veterinarians working there. I can’t even find the vet that gave my dog her vaccinations, although I have her name Google search -comes up with nothing. My dog Daisy has been a certified therapy dog for five years. We did an online order for a cargo rack. Ordering was easy and picking up at the store was even easier. Thank you TSC.
I visited this location to utilize the pet wash. Tracy was extremely helpful, making certain I knew where everything was, as well as how to use everything. I will definitely be back to TSC Bad Axe, simply due to the customer service I received. The pet wash station was also the best maintained I’ve seen compared to multiple TSC locations.
I have never encountered an unfriendly associate here. Always fast service too. I love that it is pet friendly
