Recently, my wife purchased a gun safe for me. A canon from tractor supply, there were issues with it. So I contacted cannon who was absolutely of no help to me. They just were not very receptive, and I had to get back to them rather than them. Get back to me. So my wife again reached out to tractor supply and Casey. put on hold for 6 min with NO answer, hung up, called again, got put on hold again for aother 6 min before I hung up then they told me the order I made online is not in the store??? they dont sell the item I ordered online and paid for online ?? it is a pet RX given customer service numer and I am Now on hold for over 6 min here!!!!! finding another store to buy from now
