Had a bad parvo shot,had my receipt just wanted to exchange,told me cause I opened the package,really I wouldn't of known it was bad unless I did,could not even come out and speak to me had the cashier,I will never go there again
I purchased a bag of milk replacer recently, got home and it was a year outdated. I’ve noticed a lot of items not in stock or outdated, dog food and feed not rotated or covered in feed mites, taking my business to another local feed store. Lack of staff available or willing to help with other items. This store has gone down hill in the last year.
I’ve never reviewed on here but I thought I would let corporate know about my experience and lack of the customer service. I shopped there a couple weeks ago on a Friday morning approx 10am before I had to go to work( didn’t have much time to wait in line.) There was a long line at the register, the cashier kept calling for help to open the other register and there was no one available. She called multiple times before someone came out of the stock room. She was great and was trying to deal with multiple customers. The young... read more
I would not give any stars to this business but that wasn’t possible. Older woman( manager) was tearing apart the cashier in front of a huge line of customers because he made a mistake. He was very pleasant and was trying to do his job. I will not be retuning to this particular store I will take my business elsewhere. There are a few great workers but most of them are not helpful at all and have zero customer service skills. This store used to be the best around.
