Less than 1!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ANIMAL FROM THEM! I purchased 6 chicks ($40) on a Sunday (48 hour warranty). 3 days after purchase 5 were dead! No refund, only 48 hours.. They were a birthday present for a 5 year old. How upsetting for the child and the poor chicks! I’m researching the inspecting agent on animal safety in a retail store. Pikeville and surround areas, don’t forget you can purchase animals from many farmers in the area. I hate that I was rushed and made a decision to purchase from retail!
