I'm very disappointed with the decision to change the store hours to close an hour earlier. I live in BFE and usually stop by on my way home from working late in Louisville and biweekly I am able to refill my farm's feed. When I stopped by today I was shocked to find it closed. Not sure why it was changed as the store was always busy when I was there around 8:15-8:30. DO NOT GO HERE!! WORST PLACE EVER!! STAFF IS SO RUDE. I NEEDED HELP AND A WORKER NAMED ALLY STOOD THERE AND WOULDNT HELP. THEN LAUGHED AND WENT IN ANOTHER ISLE AND GOT ON HER PHONE. EXTREMELY RUDE. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. LOSE ALLY OR LOSE MY FAMILIES SERVICE!!! THIS ISNT EVEN THE FIRST TIME ITS HAPPENED.
