Rip offs
Very upset! This particular store is great, no problems at all with this store. It's well run. However, this chain sold me a Champion generator that I can't get repaired. Even the nearest authorized service center said don't bring it to them because it's too time consuming to get parts from Champion. When I spent almost a thousand dollars at Tractor Supply, I assumed they vetted their suppliers. It's 4 years old, and I do expect everything to break, but also expect there will be service centers available to fix them. Tractor... read more
Purchased a dog house ($200). Though the instructions were simple, none of it went together the way the illustrations showed. Whole thing fell over twice during the building process. Broke the roof. I just expected better for $200. And customer service was a bust. Was on hold forever, they offered an option the leave a call back number. So I left my contact information. That would be great, if they called back.
