My wife and I did a return Sunday around 12:30 , At Newport , the lady that helped us at the register I think her name was Taylor , we couldn’t see her name tag good , She was super friendly and helpful , very refreshing now days , She made us want to be a repeat customer
3 people walked out bc they couldn't get it together kept switching back and forth not going in order. If i hadn't had to wait bc i already got what i came for id left as well. I don't ever give bad reviews and when i stated my opinion i was basically told to shut up.
I called ahead to find aspirin for dogs and the gentleman said they had some. When I got there he showed me where it was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Had to make a late night purchase. Found the staff at this location to be very courteous and the service experience excellent. 5 stars!
