If this app allowed negative ratings, that’s exactly what I would give this store. My experience today was the perfect example of everything that is currently broken about customer service—and frankly, basic professionalism. Customer service here is nonexistent. The employees, along with the so-called manager, Katlyn (or however it’s spelled), have absolutely no business working in a customer-facing role. Dump of a store. Worst stocked tractor supply store I've ever been to. Long lines with one person checking you out. No effort to speed things up. They couldn't care less, so you shouldn't care about this pit.
Great selection of items and decent prices for outdoor needs. Unfortunately, they don't sell clay pigeons. :(
This store is notoriously unreliable when it comes to having propane for refill especially on the weekend. The one in glen burnie is always on top of getting propane in. Customer service is great but inventory ordering skills are very poor. Get it together tractor supply.
