I walked in, walked around. A lot. Had a question (which would have led to a purchase depending on the anwser). No one ever acknowledge me. Arriving or leaving. Never was able to ask my question. Only found one person on the floor. They were with a customer. After waiting patiently for a good while, a polite distance away, I moved a bit closer. Website said they had items in stock. Drove for an hour to get here... none in stock. Something broken.
They are always friendly and very helpful.
Won't spend a dollar here anymore. Company went completely woke. Stay out of politics and woke propaganda, it might increase your bottom line.
