Bad service.
They lost my delivery and are telling me two different stories about it. It was picked up to be delivered but the delivery guy cancelled it after he picked it up was the first story. The second story was they have my item at the store but won't reschedule the delivery.
I received a call from Tractor Supply today inquiring if there was a reason I hadn't been in recently. I explained that I had moved, and that was the only reason. I truly appreciated the thoughtful follow-up—what great customer service!
