At first, I had a wonderful experience. Many of the staff were friendly and helpful. I went back and was helped by a very sarcastic manager named Russell. The issue is that their dog bath does not have a leash long enough to restrain anything less than a 2 foot dog and he didn’t even offer me to buy a leash. He made a snide comment that he was going to go buy a leash for me with a real serious attitude, and didn’t even ask me if I would be willing to buy a leash which maybe I would have. Staff needs to be retrained on how you treat your customers especially on the phone - this store used to be amazing but many of staff give off the impression that you're bothering them - such a shame because Tractor Supply is a great company Maybe they should focus on hiring people who want to work and appreciate having a job instead of indifferent entitled brats .....

Don't even know how to start. A friend told me about the dog wash at this store, started coming and the first time I came and went inside the dog wash room, I wasn't that surprised it was not clean as I expected to be, but I thought to myself,well for 10 dollars what can you expect. So I keep coming every month and nothing changes always dirty but I tried to clean it up as much as I can before entering my dogs.
