Went to buy a riding mower, got lots of help and information so I could make an informed decision. Great manager and staff! If you want a friendly place to shop and great products, this is your place.
Very clean store, friendly staff, helpful but unfortunately they were out of stock on item interested in. That happens here a lot, may have one , rarely two of what you're looking for.
Came to the Vinton location to purchase a large coupe. Asked an employee for assistance. He was very friendly and helpful. We moved to the checkout where the female “manager” immediately berated him for not doing what she asked. I informed her we asked for his help. She did not like that. Massive attitude. We had a few questions she was disgusted we had questions. Seems like there’s a trend with these reviews. All centered on the same supervisor.
