First and foremost this store doesn’t deserve any stars as far as I’m concerned. I purchased a defective item from the Tractor Supply at 22515 SE H K Dodgen, Temple Tx on 6/22/25. I went in to exchange the item but all 3 were defective so I asked to be refunded. Mary, the gal who originally checked me out when I purchased it and also help me when I went back 20 minutes later to exchange it was very kind. We had the greatest experience shopping at Tractor Supply recently; All team members welcomed us, pointed us in the direction to make a wise, informed purchase... I went this morning to get some latches for my truck and Mr. Jim and the morning crew were so helpful and helped me put them in the back of my truck! Great customer service from the morning crew :)
Dog grooming station was disgusting. Standing water, water coating floor and grooming tables, hair, no disinfectant at all. No one cleaning between dogs. One broken tub and dryer. The working tub was gunky. Overall will not be coming back to this one.
