Went inside to pick up an online order which was ready for pickup. Talked with an employee. He looked it up and confirmed it was ready. I followed him out to the pickup area when another customer distracted him and he decided to help them, causing me to wait at least ten minutes before I decided to just leave. He never looked up. I will not shop TSC again.
On 5/24/24, I had a flat tire after picking up a tractor that I bought in Reno and was taking to the Auburn, CA area.TSC was the ONLY place still open at 8:30 PM with trailer tires. Mike and Ty went out of their way to help me select a tire to replace the one that had blown out on Hwy 80 as I was trying to go home.They went above and beyond to help me and without them I would have been stranded there until Tuesday as it was a Holiday weekend. After receiving no help I waited in line for at least 10 minutes before another clerk was called to help. They were having a friendly conversation and not concerned about the growing line. Left my cart with the stuff in it and left. Won’t go back there again.
