The new PetVet appointment system is horrible and dysfunctional, and ridiculous waste of time. There’s no way to contact customer service, no way to get access to your pet’s medical records, no messages/alerts for your appointment, hence no way to checkin for your appointment and vet techs refuse to interact with you except though the pet portal, which doesn’t work. So you end up waiting a ridiculous amount of time for your appointment instead of first come first serve used to be.

The store manager was very unfriendly and rude. Will not return to this location.
Went here to wash our dog and it was great!
