If you’re looking to get chicks, this is the place to go! Floyd and Tonya (I think that was her name if not I’m sorry), were EXTREMELY helpful! Left with lots of information, 8 chicks and 2 Turkeys. My local Tractor supply has nothing but teenagers that are there for a paycheck. So going in, I didn’t expect much. I appreciate everyone’s willingness to help. At this location. Well-organized store with friendly, helpful staff.
My husband and I shop here frequently. (its one of our favorite stores}. We buy the supplies for our chickens here regularly,plus for our cats and dog occasionally. The employees are always very friendly and always ask if we need help with anything. Havent seen a rude employee yet. It makes for a great shopping experience. The store is also well stocked and clean,with clean restrooms also.
The new PetVet appointment system is horrible and dysfunctional, and ridiculous waste of time. There’s no way to contact customer service, no way to get access to your pet’s medical records, no messages/alerts for your appointment, hence no way to checkin for your appointment and vet techs refuse to interact with you except though the pet portal, which doesn’t work. So you end up waiting a ridiculous amount of time for your appointment instead of first come first serve used to be.
