Had a jacket to return that I had bought online and was too big. I had deleted the email and didn’t have any other information from the purchase except the email that TSC sends after saying “How do you like your items?” And the TSC bag it came in! Nate was so kind and helpful and finally figured out a way to return my money to me without any other issue. Yalls store is lucky to have him as a coworker!
The Store is convenient and Clean however the Team is very lacking due to its management. I recently bought a tune up kit from this store for my Tractor Supply purchased Cub Cadet 24hp lawnmower. The kit when I got home had the right oil filter, right spark plugs, right fuel filter and oil, however it didn’t have the correct Air filter. My machine required a thin version that was supplied in the kit. I brought the package back and talked with an employee at the register that was in a wheelchair.
