I am a 79 year old man who carries oxygen and walks with a cane. I have shopped at your Columbia Station, North Olmsted, and Lorain locations. In all three stores I was asked and given help from purchase to the trunk of my car. Wonderful people! They asked me if I could use help. I didn't have to ask them. In my opinion Tractor Supply is a wonderful organization that hires the best people from management on down. Thank you, Tim Greene

Tractor Supply made things right. Had a Carhartt item exclusive to Tractor Supply become defective and unravel. I left a review on here and TSC Corporate got in touch with me. They agreed to return it and make things right. I was able to exchange and get the shirt I wanted. I appreciate the excellent customer service (Jessica @ corporate in Brentwood).
