I came to the self wash stations for the dogs and they were both super dirty with previous dog hair. There was hair everywhere on both sets of brushes, and tools, on the floor and on the tubs. It was very unsanitary for dogs. It was not busy at all and it was very disappointing. Outside of that it all was pretty decent.

Just trying to find a part, your store only had one in stock, I need 4, Spent over 15 minutes on hold, transferred to different people, had to start over with why I was calling and what I needed/ part number etc, because the lady who I already told everything and was “looking” got busy, put back on hold, so I just figured out how to go online and order it myself, waste of time trying to call in.
