Don't buy cub cadets from them and definitely don't buy the scam warranty they sell. It's third party and tractor supplies hands are clean. Not there problem. Nor do they care they sold you a scam warranty took months to resolve after telling them I was going to get a lawyer.
Really really disappointed in my last three shopping experiences at this location. My first negative was with an online order I placed. I requested substitutions if the main item was not in stock. I get an email saying one item is ready with an immediate follow up saying the other was out of stock. I never got a call or text asking if I wanted something else, which I would have. Great customer service
Rosanna is a real piece of work she basically accused me of stealing and threatened to call the cops the whole time snot running down her face as she stuffed her face w food the other employees were obviously embarrassed she needs to shower if she is going to communicate w customers I will definitely be explaining my situation if anyone speaks of this store again
I’ve been to many Tractor supplies and this is by far the worst store hands down items in the wrong places then when you go to pay it’s higher than marked on the shelf they say oops texas law says it has to be sold at that price manager would not trade out cat food that was gifted to me wasn’t opened and still in shipping carton and the people are plain LAZY and rude whom work here corporate needs to look at this store and did I mention zero customer service and the dog bath hardly ever works either I WARNED YOU
