I don’t really shop here much but I do deliveries for them and I have to say that Cole is an exceptionally fun and helpful store employee/manager. Cole really goes out of his way to help me with each delivery I pick up and wishes me a beautiful day and makes deliveries seamless. Cole, your parents should’ve named you Cool.

Cole was a rock star. He was super helpful. One other woman was super helpful. Everyone else was no help at all. One of the managers was trying to distract Cole while he was helping us with our $550 purchase by talking to him about shavings. I was looking for a bitless bridle and leather cleaner and no help at all. I asked and the two people I asked just gave me directions to look for them. I never was able to find them.
Customer service was great but the product I bought wasn't. It's a hose for a Buddy heater and doesn't allow propane to flow through. It cost 40 dollars and I didn't save the receipt nor the packaging. Other gives work fine as do the gauge I thought might solve the problem. Not happy with this purchase.
