In desperation I went to the Nogales TSC to buy a couple bales of alfalfa for my horse. They changed me $27 per bale. I had just weeks before bought so good fresh hay at the Show Low location & it was only $24. The hay in the Nogales store was super dry & brown and parts of it were inedible! I have never seen such poor quality, especially for the price. This was the 2nd time it happened. I know now to drive to Tucson if a have to. Do not buy hay at this location. Total rip off!
Had a not so great experience today. I tried buying some hay for my bunny and bought online. The DuMor alfalfa hay was in poor condition when I opened the bag. Called the store they said to bring it back and exchange. When I got there, they couldn’t get the exchange to work on their system- took about 15 minutes then was sold the wrong bale of hay for the exchange- which was my fault I didn’t specify- but by this time I’ve been at the store for longer than 20 minutes.
