Customer service is a hit or miss. And you can never find what you need in the store. This location sucks.
Moving from Phoenix to Dallas and needed new screws to reattach my license plates. We were struggling to find the right replacements; employee James V went above and beyond for customer service: let us try different screws, lots of troubleshooting and ultimately he figured out the issue and resolved it for us. Couldn’t be more grateful. Thanks James! Don’t know what we’d have done without you.
Hardly ever has any of the lightbulbs and such stocked, hardware section is always a disorganized mess, and you guys should probably update your closing time if you’re shutting down at 7:30pm instead of 8:00pm. I try to support local businesses, but this store usually has me going to Big Springs.
