The Garner store Staff reflects laziness, and they are rude. Layout is horrible . Fuquay store is the Bomb. Staff is always friendly. Helpful, always stocked up , organized and clean.
I’ve taken my dog here to be groomed using the self service area. They have a two tubs, shampoos, and dryers. Good experience. They have towels too but I brought my own.
Just stopped here got bag of Retriver mini chunk dog food opened the bag and it’s molded!!!
We went to the store to use the pet wash this past weekend and it was terribly dirty. There was also a loose electrical outlet that was tripped and may cause harm. Sent review in afterwards about how dirty it was and why we had to go and use another wash somewhere else to re-clean
