Just stopped here got bag of Retriver mini chunk dog food opened the bag and it’s molded!!!
We went to the store to use the pet wash this past weekend and it was terribly dirty. There was also a loose electrical outlet that was tripped and may cause harm. Sent review in afterwards about how dirty it was and why we had to go and use another wash somewhere else to re-clean
Purchased a $30 bag of Purina Omalene 200 horse feed to get me through the weekend when my regular feed store was closed and when I dumped it in my feed bin it was COVERED in mold. Management told me they get it by the pallet and it can’t be helped. 0/10 do not recommend anyone buying feed for their animals at this location.
One of their workers, Alexa, was very rude and needs help with her customer service skillset. Very disappointing.
