This is the best staff of any establishment I've ever been in!!! Every single employee was super helpful!! As well as thoughtful and concerned and I literally was just trying to get a bicycle tube!!! Five stars across the board I'd rate 10 if I could!!

This location at hwy 81 is the worst one I’ve been to yet. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The manager carsal smelled of marijuana along with the other manager Jess. Carsal was VERY rude and cursing at an employee along with talking on her personal cell phone. Customers were lined up and only one person was working the register. Not one manager helped at the front. the line was backed up and others standing waiting for managers to unlock things. Never had such PISS POOR SERVICE in my entire life. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT’S WORST. If I could give it 0 stars that would be my selection. This event was so HORRIBLE. I purchased a griddle in store on Black Friday and had written on my receipt returned for pick up from assembly on Thurs Dec 5. First red flag the phone line does not work at this location. So I go up there Sun Dec 8 to pick up my griddle. Seen my receipt on the board behind the cashier and was informed it was not ready. I was told assembles are done on Mondays... read more
